Vincent J. Fabiani - Administrative Partner

Vincent J. Fabiani is the Administrative Partner of HLM Venture Partners. Vin is the lead for the firm's Health Care Accelerator efforts and a mentor in both the Healthbox (www.healthboxaccelerator.com) and Blueprint Health (www.blueprinthealth.org) programs. Vin is also a board observer at IHM and SensAble Technologies. He is responsible for managing HLM's investor communications, deal document review and financial reporting. Prior to joining HLM, Vin was Vice President - General Manager at First Data Investor Services. He was responsible for the management of a $35 million division providing outsourced accounting and administrative services to mutual fund and brokerage companies. At First Data (formerly The Boston Company), he was responsible for developing offshore administration and global custody businesses to support clients' international growth. In this role, he established strategic relationships in Ireland, the Cayman Islands and Curacao. Vin is a former Director of the Private Equity CFO Association. He received a BS from The American University in Washington D.C.
